West London College vs Uxbridge College

West London College continue to show improvements as they picked up their first victory in the ABL Southern Conference, a 72-64 triumph over Uxbridge College.

The game remained close for the first half after some great individual performances from both sides stole the show, as Idryck Wilkinson finished with 20 points and nine rebounds for WLC, while Uxbridge College were led by Byron Emerenini’s 27 points and 5 steals.

WLC Coach Michael Quamina said, “We are continually making progress on both the offensive and defensive end and finally feels like the pieces area falling into place. We are getting better game by game, we must continue to stay consistent and efficient.”

Noah Mesquida chipped in 18 points and 7 steals for WLC, while Ahmed Kahin finished with 13 points and 6 rebounds for Uxbridge.

West London will face off against New City next week, while Uxbridge travel to Raines Foundation School.
