West London College vs New City College

West London College had another tough game in the ABL Southern Conference, unable to maintain their momentum against New City College as they fell to a 61-93 loss.

While the game was tough right from the start for the hosts, they got a great individual performance from Noah Mesquida who finished with 19 points to pace WLC. New City College made their decisive run out of the half, coming out all guns blazing to build a dominant lead. The visitors from Hackney were led by L.Obidan who finished with 21 points and 17 rebounds.

WLC Coach Michael Quamina said, “We continue to improve game-by-game, however it was evident the winning mindset was not there this game. The potential is there, we just need to stick to our game plan.”

T.Hunte had 15 points for West London, while New City College were led by Aaron Badibo who finished with 17.

West London face off against Three Rivers Academy next week, while New City host Raines Foundation School.
