The Holy Trinity School v Sir Robert Woodard Academy

In the Penultimate game of the year, Holy Trinity cruised past the heavily depleted SRWA 83-53.

Trinity lead from tip to buzzer, allowing all players equal playing time but were led by another strong performance from Louis Roberts who finished the game with 21 points.

“We’ve been playing some really good basketball of late at both ends of the floor,” said Head Coach Daniel Hildreth. “Sometimes its not easy to play your best basketball in this type of game, but we got the job done. Also some of these guys have a number of big games coming up so it was nice to play without too much pressure. Credit to SRWA who kept playing until the end but the damage was done by the half time break.”

Louis Roberts shared game high honours with SRWA Archie Fletcher with 21 points and was supported well by Layrea who had another strong scoring game with 15. Izobo also added 11. The other two players in double figures for SRWA were Marrett with 13 and Krayouth with 11.

On Wednesday Holy Trinity hope to make it a 7 game win streak to finish off the season while SRWA travel to HASJW.
