New City College v West London College

NCC Hackney started this game very well despite missing big men, Exekiel Lashley and Laja Ogidan. After five minutes the home side led 14-4 before a time out and good play saw Hammersmith close the first quarter down just 1 point at 20-19.

Michael Folarin and Aaron Badibo then locked down on defence as Hammersmith were held to just 9 points in the second quarter. Badibo and Vasiliauskas hit the first 8 Hackney points before Folarin hit the last four of the half to make the half time score, 41-28.

Great cameo’s from Samari Bramble and Jordan Mcintyre saw them get on the score sheet too. But it was defence that created a 66-32 third quarter scoreline as Hammersmith would only make one field goal in the quarter. Charles Harding netting 8 points for Hackney.

The final quarter was a procession as the home side kept their visitors at bay to log an 83-53 win.

Badibo notched a triple double of 30 points, 14 rebounds and 10 assists whilst also blocking 4 shots, Folarin had 10points and 10 rebounds also with 4 blocked shots for the home team.
