Carmel College 71 v 74 Stoke on Trent College

Carmel managed to find some solace in Ethan Carter Shepherd who managed to make big plays down the stretch however Stoke would reply with their own guard play as captain Bailey Gaunt would find rhythm in the second half finishing 17 points.

The fourth quarter would see both teams making adjustments play by play and the lead would exchange hands several times however it was the away side keeping the composure and making the last play to win the game.

“Stoke are big, organised and well coached. Shawn has done an excellent job of teaching these boys how to play physical and with the right intensity, we have to stick to our principles and look to improve in certain areas,” said Carmel Head Coach Dominic O’Neill
