ABL 17/18 – Week 13 Round Up

Check out what happened in the latest week of the 2017-18 ABL season..

Northern Conference

Aston Manor improved to a perfect 10-0 this season as they recorded a 64-85 victory away at Nottingham Academy behind a combined 51 points from Zack Powell and Mo Abushego.

Stoke on Trent College closed the gap as they enjoyed double duty with a 45-91 success at South Cheshire before crushing Vision West Notts 56-143 the following day.

Meanwhile, Queen Ethelburga’s also picked up their ninth win as they eased past Tyne Met 49-102 away from home with Eisley Swaine

Archbishop Beck round out the top four as they beat Carmel 52-79 to complete a quartet of road wins in the North Conference as Phil Deveney netted 29 points.

STANDINGS

Central Conference

County Upper continue to lead the way in the conference as they moved to 9-0 with a convincing 91-54 win at home to Long Road.

Haringey strengthened their top four position with a 78-70 success against Uxbridge with 43 points from Taiwo Badmus, while Aylesbury Grammar School were edged out by Moulton in an 85-89 defeat, despite Aalim Shamsideen scoring 41 points.

STANDINGS

Eastern Conference

Raines claimed a narrow 85-86 victory away at Northfleet with 21 points from Jason Prince leading the way.

Elsewhere, Corelli College recorded an 89-79 win at home to The North School, while Seevic secured a 56-65 success away at Barking & Dagenham College.

STANDINGS

Southern Conference

St Charles made it back-to-back wins as they saw off Harris SJW in a 51-81 victory, while Ealing, Hammersmith & West London College beating Leyton 49-39.
