ABL 17/18 – Week 12 Round Up

Check out what happened in the latest week of the 2017-18 ABL season..

Northern Conference

Aston Manor made it nine wins from nine as they continued their unbeaten start as Mo Abushego fired in 40 points in a 115-49 victory over Tyne Met.

Louis Rogerson-Evans netted 22 points to help South Cheshire to a 75-57 success against Gateshead, while Queen Ethelburga’s defeated Nottingham 57-71 on the road behind 27 points from Eisley Swaine.

Meanwhile, Stoke on Trent College moved to 7-1 as they eased to a 44-88 win at Carmel with Dylan Magloire scoring 27 points.

STANDINGS

Central Conference

County Upper improved to an 8-0 start as they inflicted a first loss on Alec Reed as Sam Kesinro scored 27 points in a 90-77 victory.

Aylesbury picked up their third win as they saw off Haringey 86-81 with 23 points for Aalim Shamsideen, while the visitors then bounced back with a 71-76 success at Long Road the next day.

Also, CoHENEL claimed a convincing 97-56 win over Uxbridge to climb into third with a 5-3 record.

STANDINGS

Eastern Conference

Raines Foundation ran out dominant 45-114 winners away at Seevic with Bayonne Sriskantha leading all scorers with 23 points.

Earlier in the week, The North School were beaten 78-94 at home to Northfleet as the visitors claimed their fifth win.

Southern Conference

St Charles bounced back from last week’s loss as they defeated Leyton 40-73 as they move to 8-2 in the conference.
