Player of the Week: Chris Inman
- Updated: October 24, 2017

Chris Inman has been named as the latest Player of the Week after posting a stellar double-double in Week 4.
The Carmel forward put up 24 points along with 17 rebounds to help his side take down Gateshead for a 68-65 victory.
“I’m happy to be named Player of the Week,” he said.
“It was important to execute and get the win against a tough Gateshead team – I wouldn’t have been able to perform at a high level without help from my team-mates and the belief and confidence my coach has in me.
“I have been enjoying the process this year in practice and in games and I am working to maintain this level of play as we look to earn a spot in the playoffs.”
Head Coach Dominic O’Neill added: “Chris is the second player from our programme to receive this accolade and props to the league for doing a good job creating national exposure for the kids.
“He has had a fantastic start to the season, not just in terms of points but doing all the dirty work on the offensive/defensive glass, being a secondary ball handler and a leader on the team.
“He is a match up nightmare with his ability to have such a mature mid-range game and with our top scorer from last season going stateside, Chris has really stepped up to help the team.
“I hope this can be a breakout year for him and he can gain the recognition he deserves.”
