ABL Week 3 Round Up

Five games took place in the third week of the inaugural ABL season. Find out what happened, below:

North Conference

Preston’s College made it three straight wins in the ABL as they eased their way to a 148-63 win at home to Priestley College.

Elsewhere, Nottingham Academy opened their campaign with an 89-30 victory against Bradford College behind 21 points from Truzzel Spencer.

And Gateshead College claimed their first win in the ABL in dramatic fashion as they overcame Queen Ethelburga 83-86 in overtime, on the road.

North Conference Standings

South Conference

Barking & Dagenham College bounced back from last week’s defeat to improve to a 2-1 record with a 55-62 win away at Harefield Academy.

Adomas Zemgulys impressed with another double-double of 16 points and 14 boards, while the hosts were led by Keith Kane’s 29 points.

Holy Trinity moved to 2-0 after they recorded a convincing 62-34 win over Sir Robert Woodard Academy with Jojo Amissah finishing with 17 points and eight rebounds.
